Dinner: 1 center cut pork chop, veggie stir fry (red peppers, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, water chestnuts) (~10 g??)

I've decided to start doing some of the fat flush principals. I don't know if this is going to mess me up but I'm going to give it a shot. The whole idea is to cleanse the liver.
This is what I'm doing for today:
1. 1 TBSP flax seed oil poured over veggie stir fry
2. 1 Milk Thistle capsule (175 mg)
3. 1 Borage Oil capsule (300 mg GLA)
4. (4) 8 oz glasses cranwater (4 oz unsweetened cranberry juice, 28 oz water)

Except...Cleaning the HOUSE!!
Blahhhhh. The house is a total wreck. So I'll be doing some of that today.
My daughter is sleeping over her friends house tonight.
Tomorrow I'm taking a class on weaving rag rugs!! Well, you don't actually have to use rags, but I'm looking into my "leftover material" box and seeing what I've got to mix and match. I'm not making a rug because the loom cost too much money, I'm make a table square. You know a square you can put into the middle of your table and you can put flowers on it or the sugar bowl and napkins. Kind of like a centerpiece. You need 13 yards of fabric, which is a lot to me, unless you can find the stuff on sale.
Well, I'll check up on everyone later today, when I'm procrastinating from housework.
